Yoga Hotel Bergblick in the Tannheimer Tal
Our yoga instructor Silvia Linden will familiarize you with the spirit of Hatha Yoga. This yoga branch is one of the most successful, when it comes to overcoming stress and hectic. Most of the slow and relaxed yoga exercises are also suitable for yoga beginners. Please enter your name in the list at our reception, if you want to be part of the experience – no matter if you are a beginner or expert. Every Tuesday and Thursday between 08.00 and 09.30 am you can focus on your well-being. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. All you need are comfortable sports clothes, something to drink and the wish to relax. The participation fee can be found on the register form at the reception.
