The gourmet restaurant Grunstube, awarded by Gault Millau with 2 toques, offers a unique culinary experience. Inspired by the philosophy that the Alpine region is a great culinary larder and that many recipes make use of what is available locally, the kitchen team creates dishes that combine tradition and regionality on the plate.
With carefully selected ingredients, the gourmet restaurant guarantees first-class quality and incomparable flavours, perfectly complemented by selected wines. Each dish is an experience in itself, from the skilful presentation on the plate to the last bite.
